Specific attributes: Required: Experience migrating from one system to another or installing first LMS. Experience with indexing parameters. Knowledge of the MARC bibliographic and authorities formats. Experience using an automated authority control system. Desired: Knowledge of record-merging techniques. General knowledge of non-MARC/AACR2 metadata structures. |
