Major progress on this significant set of chores has been made at Oswego and Stony Brook as well. Thanks everybody for all of your efforts. + Binghamton has supplied Ex Libris with numerous data extracts. + The SUNYConnect LMS pilot sites are in the midst of an extensive ALEPH software training schedule. SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES + A number of SUNY libraries, including approximately 25% of the LAIP libraries have added netLibrary MaRC to their online catalogs. + The OLIS web is (Category 1) ADA compliant. WORTH REPEATING... "SUNY is smart to begin [sic] to use the Internet to tie campus libraries together. ... The plan is to connect each of the 64 campuses by 2004, at a cost of $19.4 million. The governor and the Legislature as they look each year for budget items to pare, shouldn't pick on this one. It is a decidely good move for the SUNY System."
