SUNYCONNECT LMS PROGRESS REPORT
+ SUNYConnect LMS pilot site implementation schedules are delayed
        (1 month or more).  There is still work to be done
        converting some of the non-MaRC data for the pilot sites.
+ OLIS' ALEPH server is up and running.  Set up of some of the
        campus-based, "production" machines has been delayed due
        to slowdowns in deliveries from Sun Microsystems.

SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES
+ SUNYConnect has added 650+ titles to its netLibrary collection.
        Business, medicine, nursing, and allied health are the major
        topics in this addition to the collection.  Thanks to SLiCAT
        and Nylink for their assistance.
+ Negotiations with The Gale Group have resulted in supplementing
        SUNYConnect's Expanded Academic ASAP with the InfoTrac OneFile,
        effective July 1.  This addition will approximately double both
        the number of indexed periodicals and the number of full-text
        journals available via this database.

ADDITIONAL SUNYCONNECT NEWS
+ The Access Management Working Group has been formed.  The members are
        Karen Carney (Ulster), Bill Drew (Morrisville), Dan Kissane
        (Oneonta), Patricia LaCourse (Ceramics), Tom Larson (Oswego),
        Bern Mulligan (Binghamton), Karen Senglaup (U.Buffalo).
+ The good news is that Sally Goodwin will be working at SUNY Oneonta
        again; the bad news is that Sally's last day with OLIS was May
        23rd.  Sally would like everyone to know that this decision is
        for personal reasons; not professional/work-related reasons.
+ Our sympathies to Ms. Laura Murray (SUNY OLIS) on the death of her
        mother.
