Group 3A - Oneonta, Purchase, Sullivan; Group 3B - Canton, Jefferson, Potsdam; Group 3C - Delhi, Orange, Rockland, Ulster. + Initial implementation meetings with Group 3A, OLIS and Ex Libris occurred this week. + Binghamton has successfully completed their end-of-year "rollover" via their ALEPH acquisitions system. + Morrisville successfully carried out a "global change" in their ALEPH database (modifying their netLibrary records). + The Group2 campuses will switch from Ex Libris' Implementation Services to Ex Libris Technical Support during the month of September. SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES + SUNY's SFX pilot sites (Binghamton, Cobleskill, Fredonia) are looking to have their SFX systems available for the fall semester. + The next SUNY campuses to receive SFX training, etc. will be Alfred, Brockport, Buffalo (University, College and HSC), Ceramics, Corning, Erie, Finger Lakes, Genesee, Geneseo, Jamestown, Monroe,and Oswego. ADDITIONAL SUNYCONNECT NEWS + Scheduled downtime at the shared SUNYConnect LMS sites: first Wednesday of the month, 4:00am-7:00am remaining Wednesdays of the month, 6:00am-7:00am. + Thanks to SUNY Oswego for hosting another ALEPH workshop. + SUNY sends its condolences to Ex Libris' Michael Blake on the death of his father and to Y. Spruch on the death of his wife.
