SUNYCONNECT LMS PROGRESS REPORT
+ One or more test database has been created for Canton,
        Jefferson, Oneonta, Potsdam, Purchase, Stony Brook
        HSC and Sullivan.
+ A number of scheduled test databases for Group3 campuses
        have been delayed.
+ Group3 training is well underway.  This involves a number of
        OLIS-created and/or modified ALEPH training courses.
+ Group2 campuses are in the process of upgrading their 14.2
        systems from "patch 2" to "patch 4".
+ SUNY OLIS has completed the authority file update for Alfred
        Ceramics and Alfred University.
+ The OLIS deleted 5000+ item records in preparation for Oneonta's
        migration to ALEPH.

SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES
+ SUNYConnect database addition (as of January 2003) -- Opposing
        Viewpoints Resource Center.
+ SUNYConnect database renewals (through June 2004) -- Literature
        Resource Center, InfoTrac OneFile, Investext Plus, Ingenta.
+ SUNYConnect database cancellation (as of January 2003) --
        Associations Unlimited.

ADDITIONAL SUNYCONNECT NEWS
+ CIT has a January 24, 2003 deadline for presentation
        proposals.  Conference themes include "Integrated
        Approaches In Information Literacy" and "The Changing
        Faces of Intellectual Property and Fair Use".

        on the death of Larry Jenkins (Broome Community College).
