SUNYCONNECT LMS PROGRESS REPORT                                   
+ Potsdam and Rockland switch to ALEPH!
        Congratulations Marianne Hebert, Sue Dresye,
        Nancy Alzo (and other Potsdam staff members); Xi Shi,
        Sarah Levy, Kim Weston (and others at Rockland) for
        their efforts in reaching this milestone.
+ All eleven Group3 libraries have successfully migrated to
        the SUNYConnect LMS.  Thanks to Ex Libris' Marc Keepper,
        Mary Croxen and Chris Holly for their work with Group3.            
+ Group4 data extracts have begun.  Alfred State College of 
	Technology is scheduled to receive the first test 
	database for Group4.  (Group4A - Alfred State, Ceramics, 
	Alfred University, and Corning;  Group4B -  Buffalo State, 
	Erie, and Jamestown;  Group4C - Finger Lakes, Genesee, 
	Geneseo, and Monroe.
+ While individual campus assignments are still not available,
	Mary Croxen and Chris Holly (Ex Libris) will have the
	vast majority of those Group4 assignments.

SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES          
+ Database renewal: FirstSearch (Base Package) through 
	June 30, 2004.

ADDITIONAL SUNYCONNECT NEWS                           
+ As of June 2003, Andy Perry (Binghamton) takes over from Laura 
	Cohen (Albany) as the SUNYLA-SUNYConnect Advisory Council
	Liaison.  Thanks to these two individuals for their 
	service.
+ Ex Libris' Marc Keepper is transferring to a Metalib (Ex Libris)
	job at the end of the month.  Thanks Marc for your efforts 
	on the SUNYConnect LMS; in that context, we'll miss you.
+ Robert Walton, new Ex Libris USA leader
