Trainers, primarily from OLIS, provide an extensive array of ALEPH-related training to SUNYConnect LMS implementers. + University at Buffalo is evaluating a test (ALEPH500) database that represents a subset of their data. + Initial Group9 site visits have begun. Brockport, Empire, Mohawk Valley, Niagara, North Country and Utica-Rome are scheduled to implement the SUNYConnect LMS during 2005. SUNYCONNECT DATABASES / ELECTRONIC RESOURCES + Gale has incorporated OpenURL connectivity into several of its databases. Support for OpenURL "inbound" linking will be released at the end of September 2004, while support for outbound linking will be released in two phases over the next two months. ADDITIONAL SUNYCONNECT NEWS + The SUNYConnect Advisory Council and invited guests have scheduled a retreat for October 28,29. SUNYConnect initiatives for the 2005-2010 timeframe will be discussed. + Thanks to conference planners and presenters for another good SUNYAUG meeting.
