ALEPH contacts at SUNYConnect campuses and SUNYConnect library directors have been asked for feedback on a v.16 upgrade schedule. While it is challenging to allow for campus-specific scheduling, to the extent that it is possible, these requests are being accomodated. The finalized schedule will be available soon. OLIS staff members are planning to provide regional training on new v.16 capabilities. Each campus is asked to select two attendees for the training who will then provide staff training at their libraries. The train-the- trainer sessions are scheduled to begin in mid-March. The plan is to have the first campuses (on the shared servers) go live with v.16 in the second half of April. The last of these 50 or so projects should be completed by the end of August.
